WILLIAM FORHAN, CEO
William has more than twenty-five years’ experience as the Chief
Executive Officer for both public and private companies. William, an entrepreneur,
has started several private companies and three public companies by investing
his personal funds into the company and completing over forty mergers and
acquisitions. As the past CEO of four publicly traded companies, Forhan
offers over 10 years of experience in the public arena. The publicly
traded companies are as follows: Integrated Marketing Professionals,
Inc. an OTC BB company (POKR), Aviation Industries, an OTC BB company
(AVIA)., Invicta Group Inc an OTC BB company (IVGR);, and National Asset
Recovery Corporation, an OTC BB company (REPO).

JOE FAHOOME, President
Joe is a veteran in the gaming industry having over 25 years as an
entrepreneur and co-owner of a Detroit based casino rep company. Joe
has earned his reputation as a high producer for Las Vegas, Atlantic
City and Bahamas Casino Resorts. He currently is licensed at over 25
Casinos where he can get players free or discounted rooms, meals, entertainment
and more.

LINDSAY USHER, Director
of Marketing
Lindsay graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. Degree
in Communications and received a received a Professional Certification
in Advertising Practice. After college she began her career in
the casino industry by working at Southern Gaming and Destinations Magazine. Her
role at the magazine included advertising sales, editing, website management,
e-marketing, and event management. She brings several years of
experience to Casino Players,Inc., and will handle all of our marketing

Casino Players, Inc. is currently seeking the following positions.
• Administrative Assistant / Marketing Coordinator
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple
supervisors. Administrative duties will include fielding telephone
calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing,
and faxing. Marketing duties will include assisting in events/event
planning, e-marketing, social media campaigns, and organization of
database list.

Casino Players, Inc. (CPI) became “effective” as a public entity
via the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 29, 2009. CPI began our
Initial Public Offering (IPO) on October 30,2009 and began selling 12 Million
free trading shares at $.25 per share in an effort to raise $3 Million equity
funding. CPI will receive a trading symbol and begin trading
on OTCBB approximately 30 days after closing the IPO.
